Don’t make New Year Resolution If You Not Fulfill It

Well another year is going to close, and another set of things on your to-do list ideally move to the ensuing year.  However there are some factors that are basically not worth making resolution about or spending your valuable ideas.

You are wondering what these are.

   1.  Work Harder
It is one of the most common as well as old resolution of all the times. This is like punishing the mind without any directions or meaning is of no use. If you must then set more concrete and realistic goals. For instant: If you are in sales then your resolution should be to gain 15% and more than your target in the first quarter of the year.

 2. Quit a bad habit
This is another very common resolution of many individuals. “ I will quit smoking.” “I will quit lying”. “I will quit playing cards”.  All these are empty statements rather than New Year resolutions.  So if you really want to quit something, then you should quit making such resolution, as that will be more realistic.

3.  Exercise
Too generic! You need to have a more targeted and achievable resolution, if you must. So you can decide to go for swimming as well as play tennis. You can also make a resolution to beat the no .1  guy on the court.

4. Lose Weight
OK, this saying carries on, and this one competes difficult with the one to perform hard! One of the most common New Year Resolution is to become thinner, so what is new?  You can start by giving your goal numbers like if you say that you will lose 5 kilos in the next 3 months. Or fit into the waist 32” jeans again!

5. Wake up early
If you really want to fulfill your resolution then it is a time to wake up early in the morning. Do you really think you start doing that on a cold and frosty morning, then come on gets it in real.
