Women
always have been known to be the caretaker of the family; they stay in home and
take care of children and satisfy the needs of partner.
But in today society the role of women has been changed. They went out
for job market and earn income equally with their husbands. They are also
involved in the politics and chief executive officers.
No matter what they do whole day but still
expected to come home and take care of the family. Many of us say that it is an
easier job to manage home as well as job and also argue for that.
We all
know that women have gone through rough times in pass but today the time is
different women have right to vote, to have education and to work. It is said
that “the more privileges we as females get, it seems the more we want. We want individuals to not look at us and
determine, in fact we want individuals to provide us opportunities despite our
sex. This is merely a viewpoint from another woman who is discussing her own
thoughts, but it is behavior like these that make it tougher for woman to be
taken seriously.
It is true fact that
woman wants the same opportunities as the men always get and do not want to
judge them by their sex.
We all know
that there are certain limitations on what women can do physically emotionally,
as well as mentally as far as work is involved, but it is mostly same for
men. Therefore sex cannot behave the way
a male does. So women simply want to be
treated equally like the men but it doesn’t mean that they will not play their
duties.
